So How Does This Work?

The best way to effectively work with a headhunter is for the headhunter to know about you, your goals, and how to recognize a superior role and opportunity so you can consider it.  That’s exactly what I encourage everyone to do: don’t wait to be called, but let us hear from you. If you apply for one of the positions we have posted, or even just let us know you’re interested in being considered in general, we can start a conversation with you.  You’ll get a chance to choose the kinds of positions you’re interested in being considered for, tell us what parts of the US or the world you might be interested in, and more.  It’s a great way to be kept in mind for current and upcoming projects with Grice, and it’s confidential.

We can work with you discreetly and privately to find out what organizations might want to speak with you, WITHOUT identifying you.  You don’t have to wait for a job to be posted online somewhere for there to be a possible fit.  Grice can work with you to see how to MAKE a fit.

If you haven’t already read it, many individuals considering a new position find it helpful to read about what it’s like to work with a headhunter on this page of our site.  You can read more there and come back here to see about moving forward to consider a change.

Recruiting For…
